— SHIPPING OPTIONS —
WhoisDAP has several shipping costs depending on the weight of your order, please see the table below with that information. However, should you return an item, the return shipping must be paid by the customer. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by USPS. APO or FPO address requires United States Postal Service Shipment (USPS). Delivery time via Ground can range from 1 to 6 business days. Please view the provided map for transit time estimation.

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Parcel tracking info is available online at USPS.


Domestic Shipping Outside the Contiguous
Orders destined for delivery in the United States, however outside of the 48 Contiguous States (eg; Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO addresses) will be shipped via ground delivery. APO or FPO strictly require us to ship via the US Postal Service.

USPS 1-5 Day Shipping: $4.50-$10.50 USD
International Shipping USPS 1-4+weeks: $20.00-$50.00 USD

All items will be sent out within 3 business days of your order.

Shipping Restrictions
Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.

Shipping and Item Problems
By entering into a purchase agreement with us, the customer agrees that in the event of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be compensated by the insurance claim process and the customer agrees not to perform a credit card chargeback to recover such a loss. The customer also agrees to assume all liability for loss or damage during shipment if there is a 'Signature Release' of any kind on file for the delivery address. All claims for loss or damage during shipment must be initiated within 48 hours of scheduled delivery. If claim is denied by carrier/insurance company, the customer understands that WhoisDAP is not responsible for reimbursement.

When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is different than what was ordered, please contact WhoisDAP within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. If the item received is different than what was ordered, please contact WhoisDAP within 5 days of receipt of your order. Product discrepancies not notified to WhoisDAP within 5 days may not be honored for replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment if your item is defective. Please take pictures of delivery/packaging.

Note: Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction.

Returns
WhoisDAP will accept NEW unused items with tags still on them as returns. Customer must pay return shipping to send back.
